Though there are many variations of double slit photography, in this site I begin with the standard double slits, which consist of two plates, each with a slit perpendicularly directed each other. The following photographs were taken by locating two slits at 85 mm and 55 mm from the sensor of a camera. As the direction of the front slit was horizontal in the left photographs and in the right photographs it was vertical, the magnification is 1.24 in the vertical (horizontal) direction and 0.80 in the horizontal(vertical) direction in the case of the left(right) photographs.
