Following IR photographs were taken at Ohori Park and Maizuru Park in the area of the ruins of Fukuoka castle (Maizuru castle, 17th century). The large portion of the castle ground was converted to Maizuru Park and the area of the western moat “Ohori” of the castle was converted to Ohori Park.  Within the castle ground a remnant of an ancient diplomatic facility Korokan (9th century) was discovered, where the museum of Korokan has been constructed.
